How to make it

  • In a pot add about a half cup of water and bring to a boil and add your Broccli and COVER!! steam about 5 minutes for slightly aldente.
  • The key to seaming is that you want to hold the nutrients within the Broccli so dont over steam. you want a little crunch to it and dont use too much water or it will be mushy
  • It's easy i do it all the time
