How to make it

  • heat the juice in a skillet till just bubbling., add spices
  • add chicken pieces a few at a time, and cook just long enough to loose the pink color
  • remove chicken and place on broiler rack
  • reduce heat in skillet and reduce till slightly thickened
  • broil, or grill the chicken for a few mins to lightly brown
  • serve with the sauce on the side
