Pineapple Sausage Pasta Dinner

I bought this delicious pineapple sausages at Costco after tasting them at one of the stations. They are absolutely delicious. So I paired this sausage with pasta, onions, corn and black olives. The flavors meld very nicely.
Ingredients
- 4 or 5 pineapple sausage links cut in 1/2" pieces shopping list
- 1 onion sliced shopping list
- 1/2 corn shopping list
- 2 tbsp black olives chopped shopping list
- 1 box of pasta (any kind) shopping list
- butter shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- thyme shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Boil pasta, salt, drain and set aside
- Saute the onions in butter until translucent
- Add the sausages and brown
- Once the sausages are brown, add the corn and black olives
- Add salt, pepper and thyme
- Pour mixture on the pasta and mix well
- Add a dash of olive oil to the sausage and pasta
- Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- Serve immediately
