Glace Icing

- 1, 1/2 (240g) icing sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk, approximately shopping list
How to make it
- Sift icing sugar into small heatproof bowl.
- Stir in butter and enough milk to give a firm paste.
- Set bowl over small saucepan of simmering water; stir until icing is spreadable.
How to Apply on Cupcake
- Dip the cupcake's surface upside down into the icing.
Optional
- Add food coloring for different colors.
- Sprinkle for decoration.
