How to make it

  • Peel 2 of the clementine oranges and divide into segments. Set aside.
  • Peel the remaining oranges and squeeze the juice to make 1/3 cup.
  • Add the soy sauce vinegar brown sugar, ginger, nutmeg and cornstarch to the orange juice. Stir well. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic, chopped dried cranberries and crushed red pepper flakes to the hot oil. saute for 30 seconds.
  • Pour orange juice mixture into the skillet or wok and stir.
  • Add the chicken (pre-cooked how ever you like grilled, fried, ect.) and stir-fry for 2-4 minutes.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and bubbly, (about 1 minute.)
  • Remove from heat and stir in the clementine orange segments.
