Prawn Satay

- 250 GR of raw king prawn shopping list
- onion sliced shopping list
- 2tbsp frying oil shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp curry powder shopping list
- 1 tsp chilli powder shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp satay sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce (preferably Indonesian kecap manis) shopping list
- 1 corn flour mixed with a little water shopping list
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Marinate the prawn with all the sauce
- 2. Leave it for 30 mins or so
- 3. Heat the oil and fry the onion
- 4. Put the prawn, and fry until all cooked
- Make sure you use non stick pan, as this is contained sugar, will be sticky
- Served with warm Thai Jasmine rice
