Red Snapper with Matah (bali)

- Grill fish : shopping list
- 1 tail (500 grams) of red snapper, cleaned, gerat both sides of the body shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- Sambal Matah : shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic shopping list
- 10 grains of red onion shopping list
- 15 small red chilies shopping list
- 1 tablespoon shrimp paste cooked (fried) shopping list
- 3 lime leaves, discard the bones, chopped fine shopping list
- 2 stalks lemongrass, white part thinly sliced shopping list
- lime juice, take the water. shopping list
How to make it
- brush fish with oil and salt, then grill
- Make Your Sambal :
- Thinly sliced garlic, red onion and red chili. Set aside.
- Blend the fried shrimp. Mix with garlic, onion, red chili, lemon grass and salt. Add the lime juice. Stir well. serve with grill fish
