How to make it

  • 1. In large bowl, mix oats and herbs
  • 2. Combine garbanzoes in blender with water, soy sauce, oil, and garlic
  • 3. Stir in tahini and chopped onion
  • 4. Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and let stand at least 15 minutes
  • 5. Form into patties and fry in an oiled pan until lightly browned
