Garbanzoe-oat Patties

- 2 cups cooked garbanzoes (soak 1 cup to get 2 cups) shopping list
- 2 cup water shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
other ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons tahini shopping list
dry ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats shopping list
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parsley shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon curry powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sage shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon basil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered celery shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric shopping list
- pinch of oregano shopping list
- pinch of savory shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In large bowl, mix oats and herbs
- 2. Combine garbanzoes in blender with water, soy sauce, oil, and garlic
- 3. Stir in tahini and chopped onion
- 4. Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and let stand at least 15 minutes
- 5. Form into patties and fry in an oiled pan until lightly browned
