Curried Rice Salad

This salad is good hot or cold.
Ingredients
- [2 cups hot cooked rice shopping list
- 1 cup seedless raisins shopping list
- 4 wieners, chopped shopping list
- 1-½ cups chopped celery shopping list
- 1 cup peas shopping list
- ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped] shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- [½ cup salad oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp curry powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- ½ tsp white sugar] shopping list
How to make it
- Cook raisins and wieners with rice. (If using frozen peas, add them too.) Put hot rice in bowl. Add celery, peas and onions.
- In small bowl, mix next six ingredients. Stir and pour over rice mixture. Stir lightly to coat.
