How to make it

  • Remove fish bone
  • flake your fish using your hands (think something that makes you angry) HAHA!
  • saute garlic, onion and tomato.
  • add a pinch of salt and pepper
  • add about 2 tablespoons of black beans
  • add soy sauce. 1 tablespoon will do. (just for the color)
  • add some water
  • and now.. . .. the flaked fish, put it in there.
  • stir and stir and stir and on
  • add Cayenne peppers. stir
  • This is much better if you have a fried garlic rice!
