Button Mushroom In Oyster Sauce Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. drain can of button mushroom
  • 2. slice mushrooms in halves
  • 3. mince garlic
  • 4. heat pan and put in butter
  • 5. stir garlic in butter until golden brown
  • 6. put in mushrooms and stir until evenly covered by butter (stir for about 2-3 minutes)
  • 7. put in oyster sauce and keep stirring for about 7-10 minutes
  • 8. add pepper or hot sauce to taste
