How to make it

  • 1.Pre-Heat oven to 180c.
  • 2.Get large cupcake tray and put 1tablespoon of vegetable in each dip.
  • 3.Place tray in oven.
  • 4.Whisk all ingredients together throughly.
  • 5.Retrieve tray from oven and fill each dip with approx 75ml of batter (about 1inch up the dip).
  • 6.Place in oven and cook for 10 mins until golden brown.
