Slow Cooked Venison

- 1 16 oz jar of your favorite salsa shopping list
- 1/2 cup molasses shopping list
- 1/4 apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 large onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 3-4 lb venison, roast size shopping list
How to make it
- Stir the picante sacue, molasses, vinegar, worcestesrshire sauce, and onion in slow cooker ( cooker needs to be at least a 5 quart size ) Add the beef, trimming to fit, if need, and turn to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours, or 4-5 hours on high
- Note : After cooking the venison in the slow cooker for several hours, I like to take the venison out and chop it up into stew size pieces. Helps the juices of the mixture absorb into the meat better.
