How to make it

  • Stir the picante sacue, molasses, vinegar, worcestesrshire sauce, and onion in slow cooker ( cooker needs to be at least a 5 quart size ) Add the beef, trimming to fit, if need, and turn to coat.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours, or 4-5 hours on high
  • Note : After cooking the venison in the slow cooker for several hours, I like to take the venison out and chop it up into stew size pieces. Helps the juices of the mixture absorb into the meat better.
