How to make it

  • Mark the chicken pieces on the grill, then boil and continue to cook them in a pot with the dill hard sticks and salt.
  • Start cooking the Basmati rice using the chicken stock from cooking the chicken, the oil and 1 ½ cups of dill.
  • Add the boiled and peeled Fava bean and the rest of the dill when the rice is dry but before it is fully cooked; stir lightly and leave it on low heat until the rice is properly cooked.
  • Serve with the marked chicken and garnish with dill leaves.
