Dill, Fava Bean & Chicken Rice

- 4 pieces chicken quarters shopping list
- 3 cups green dill (hard sticks removed and the leaves are finely chopped) shopping list
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil shopping list
- 1½ cups basmati rice shopping list
- 400 gm fava bean (frozen or dry, boiled and peeled) shopping list
- salt (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Mark the chicken pieces on the grill, then boil and continue to cook them in a pot with the dill hard sticks and salt.
- Start cooking the Basmati rice using the chicken stock from cooking the chicken, the oil and 1 ½ cups of dill.
- Add the boiled and peeled Fava bean and the rest of the dill when the rice is dry but before it is fully cooked; stir lightly and leave it on low heat until the rice is properly cooked.
- Serve with the marked chicken and garnish with dill leaves.
