Zuppa Toscana Remix

- 2 lbs ( 4-5 hot links)Hot links shopping list
- 2tbs of olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1 lrg onion white shopping list
- 7-8 pieces of bacon shopping list
- 2 1/2 tbs of garlic crushed shopping list
- 10 cups of water shopping list
- 5 cubes of chicken bouillon shopping list
- 1/12 cup of half and half shopping list
- 7-8 potatoes shopping list
- 1 bunch of cilantro (2 tbs) shopping list
How to make it
- add olive oil enough to coat bottom of pan you will use
- add links and red peppers, saute for around 7 minutes
- drain and refrigerate links and peppers while u prepare the rest
- In same pan saute the bacon onions and garlic until bacon is crispy
- set bacon aside on cutting board and chop and return back into soup ( alil messy but worth it)
- add chicken boullion and water until it comes to a boil
- add sliced potatoes until they become soft
- add half and half
- stir in the links and the cilantro
- cook about another 10 minutes
- serve and enjoy!!!
