How to make it

  • Cut up chicken
  • Make the Good Seasons salad dressing
  • Set aside 1/2 cup of Good Seasons Italian salad dressing for the sauce
  • Put the chicken in a Gallon size zip lock bag and put balance of Good Seasons salad dressing and marinate in refrigerator over night.
  • Next day, start the grill and start grilling the chicken. Low and Slow makes it better!
  • For the BBQ sauce:
  • Mix the sauce ingredients in a small pot and slow simmer for 15-20 minutes to thicken (stir often)
  • Just before the chicken is done coat up side with BBQ sauce turn then coat the up side with the BBQ sauce let the down side get a little crust then turn and get a little crust on that side. Don't burn the sauce get good grill marks well into the sauce.
  • Take off grill the and serve with the balance of the sauce and enjoy!
