How to make it

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water
  • stir in sugar, salt, oil, seasoning and flour
  • Turn onto floured surface knead in enough flour to prevent sticking
  • Place in a oiled bowl and let rise in a worm place for at least 10 minutes. I go about an hour normally, depends on how much time you have. Sometimes I will punch it down and let it rise again. It depends on how big of a hurry I am in.
  • I have done this in both a bread maker and a bowl and it works both ways. It will make enough dough for two nice pies.
