How to make it

  • Mix besan, rice flour, chilli powder, baking powder, baking soda,salt, ajwain seeds.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil and pour on this mixture. Mix well.
  • Now add water and mix well to form a batter. It should be of medium consistency, it should stick to the peppers when it is dipped.
  • Cut the wax peppers into half vertically.
  • Dip one by one in the batter( batter should cover the whole pepper) and deep fry in oil till golden.
  • Serve hot.
