Chilli Bhajji

- 4-6 nos. Wax chilli peppers shopping list
- 2 cups. Besan flour( chickpea flour) shopping list
- 1/4 cup. rice flour(optional) shopping list
- 1 tsp. Red chilli powder shopping list
- 1 pinch. baking powder shopping list
- 1-2 pinch. baking soda shopping list
- 2 pinch. ajwain seeds shopping list
- 11/2 cup water shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- oil for deep frying shopping list
How to make it
- Mix besan, rice flour, chilli powder, baking powder, baking soda,salt, ajwain seeds.
- Heat 2 tsp oil and pour on this mixture. Mix well.
- Now add water and mix well to form a batter. It should be of medium consistency, it should stick to the peppers when it is dipped.
- Cut the wax peppers into half vertically.
- Dip one by one in the batter( batter should cover the whole pepper) and deep fry in oil till golden.
- Serve hot.
