How to make it
- Preheat your outdoor grill for a high heat.
- When has the grill is ready, lightly oil the surface. Shape the beef into 4 patties, and place on the grill 5 minutes per side, or until completely cooked.
- In the meantime, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add in the onions, and fry until softened. Remove them from the skillet, and crack the eggs into the very same skillet over medium heat. Cook until the yolks become solid, flipping once. Remove them and place aside. Add the Canadian bacon into the skillet, and fry until toasted. Remove and raise the heat to high. Fry the pineapple rings, quickly, in the bacon drippings until they’ve just browned on each side.
- To Create sandwiches: Place the bottom of the roll on a plate, and add the burger, a cheese slice, bacon, one fried egg, fried onions, a couple slices of beet, a pineapple slice, tomato, and a lettuce leaf. Add the desired condiments to the top bun then place over the burger. Repeat the procedure with remaining burgers.
