- small amount of cheese cloth for peppercorns and bay leaf (or you can fish them out later if you dont have cheese cloth) shopping list
- 1 loaf French bread shopping list
How to make it
- First make a small sack with cheese cloth, place peppercorn and bay leaf in cheese cloth and set aside. Next heat oil in pressure cooker over medium heat, add turkey sausage and brown. Add water and all other ingredients including cheese cloth bag. Mix well, put lid on cooker and bring to full pressure. Cook for 25 minutes then remove from heat. Let pressure drop naturally. Open cooker, remove bay leaves and pepper corns, then stir in fresh parsley and serve with French bread. I send hot leftovers with the kids to school in a Thermos for a hot school lunch the next day.
