Simple Cauliflower Soup

- 1 cauliflower shopping list
- 2 potatoes shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1 litre of organic chicken or vegetable stock (2 cubes) shopping list
- mixed herbs shopping list
- unrefined sea salt and pepper shopping list
- splash of extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Cut up the Potato into small pieces, rinse away access starch and cook in a saucepan with a splash of Olive Oil for a few minutes.
- Cut up Onion and Garlic and add to the saucepan until the Onion and potato is soft.
- Finely cut up Cauliflower preferably using a blender.
- Add the Cauliflower, Mixed Herbs and a little Salt and Pepper into the saucepan turning frequently for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 litre of Stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stand for 5 minutes and then blend until the prefered consistency.
- Now it's ready to serve!
