How to make it

  • Cut up the Potato into small pieces, rinse away access starch and cook in a saucepan with a splash of Olive Oil for a few minutes.
  • Cut up Onion and Garlic and add to the saucepan until the Onion and potato is soft.
  • Finely cut up Cauliflower preferably using a blender.
  • Add the Cauliflower, Mixed Herbs and a little Salt and Pepper into the saucepan turning frequently for 5 minutes.
  • Add 1 litre of Stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stand for 5 minutes and then blend until the prefered consistency.
  • Now it's ready to serve!

    Love cauliflower!!! thank you! Just discovered "romanesque", a cross between cauliflower and broccoli. It is yummy. a nutty flavor. and the flowers are conical--like turrets!!
