The Best Venison Stew

- 3-4 lbs venison roast, cut into stew pieces shopping list
- 2 jars of favorite gravy shopping list
- 1 container v-8 juice (i use the spicey kind) shopping list
- 3 beef bouillon cubes shopping list
- 1/2 bag of baby carrots shopping list
- 5-6 potatoes cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1 large onion, diced shopping list
- 2-3 tbsp worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tsp salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, pepper & salt into a bowl
- Coat stew pieces in flour mixture
- Brown stew pieces in fry pain over medium heat til brown on outside. Do NOT overcook meat.
- Mix together in crock pot rest of ingrediants, including meat.
- Cover & cook for 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low
- Worcestershire sauce, pepper & salt are a matter of taste, can add less, or subtract to suit needs.
