How to make it

  • You will need two pans for this recipe:
  • In first pan heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once heated, add 2/3 of chopped garlic on medium heat. Stir often until brown.
  • Cut asparagus in half width wise. Place top part of asparagus in pan with garlic. Spray butter on top and stir often.
  • Add potatoes, onion, grape tomatoes, about 4 tablespoons of white wine, then sprinkle with S&P. Again stir often. Once the potatoes are soft, the sides are done.
  • Heat other pan with olive oil and last of garlic. Keep heat at medium. Add tilapia once garlic has brown. Pour a little lemon juice and wine in pan. Then season with S&P as well as all seasoning. Flip until brown on both sides.
  • Plate with asparagus on bottom, then fish, then rest of mixture.
