Corned Beef With Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. Soak potato in a cup of water for at least 3 minutes.
  • 2. Peel and cut into cubes. Soak back in water, set aside.
  • 3. Stir fry corned beef to reduce oil for 5-7 minutes.
  • 4. Put water and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
