How to make it

  • Place enough oil, about 2 TBLS in a frying pan and saute onions on a medium high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring so not to burn, add in mushrooms and saute for another 5-10 minutes until golden in color. Remove and drain oil. Place the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Put in a bowl and chill for about an hour or two in the fridge.
  • Serve with crackers, vegetables or chips.
