Thyme Roasted Potatoes

- 10 medium white potatoes, washed and quartered, shopping list
- 1 TBLS kosher salt, shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper, shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, shopping list
- 1 TBLS thyme, dried or fresh, shopping list
- olive oil, shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees, line a baking sheet with foil. Place potatoes on sheet cut side up. Sprinkle on rest of the ingredients except the olive oil. Now take the olive oil and drizzle it over the potatoes so that each one gets a little splash. Place in oven for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. If roasting other vegetables such as carrots with them, the carrots should be flipped about halfway through so they will carmelize on both sides.
