How to make it

  • Mix the flour, sugar, salt and the eggyolks and slowly add the milk in order to prevent lumps. add the melted butter or margerine and the rum/vanilla and mix well. Beat the eggwhites till foamy consistency and gentlywrap into the dough. Bake in a buttered, well heated pan.
