Apple Butternut Squash Soup

- 2 18 ounce boxes butternut squash soup (ie: Campbells select- do NOT use V8 brand) shopping list
- 1 cup cinnamon applesauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons ketchup shopping list
- 2 teaspoons curry powder (or less, if you don't care for spice) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together all ingredients (except sour cream) in a medium sauce pan on medium heat.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve with a spoonful of sour cream right on top!
