Spinach Souffle

- 1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy cream shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, beat heavy cream and eggs 2 to 3 minutes, or until foamy. Add remaining ingredients; mix well and pour into baking dish.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve.
