How to make it

  • Dissolve the lemon Jello completely in the boiling water. Also add the lemonade into the mixture and stir until the lemonade crystals get completely dissolved. Set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. After it has set add the Cool Whip to the Jello with a hand beater. Place the mixture in a glass bowl and back in the refrigerator to set for at least five hours.
  • Serve with a sprig of mint or a thin slice of lemon on each serving, if desired.
