How to make it

  • whip the cream until it is firm
  • gently mix in the caramel
  • in a dish, add some of the caramel cream mixture
  • then sprinkle some of the candy canes and chocolate
  • then add a layer of biscuits
  • then repeat again ending with a layer of the caramel cream on top and sprinkling the rest of the crushed candy canes and chocolate
  • cover and let set in fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight
