Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- Salad: shopping list
- 1/2 head lettuce, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated (I use colby, pepper jack, or cheddar) shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped shopping list
- 2-3 cooked chicken breasts, cut up shopping list
- 1 avocado, diced shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- dash lemon juice shopping list
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt (I use powder instead) shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
- Mix the dressing and pour over the salad, toss.
- (Some add a cup of Fritos to this salad -- I can't take the salt, so I don't)
