How to make it

  • In a skillet, sauté half your chard bunch (sliced up) along with chopped up onions and a few garlic cloves. When the chard begins to wilt, add some chopped green chile (depending on how spicy you like it). Mix that, then pour in enough beaten eggs (with a pinch or two of salt) to cover the sauté mix. Place skillet in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set and a toothpick comes out clean. Top with cheese and sliced avocados.
