Green Chile Paste

- 1 lb. roasted green chile, peeled and seeded shopping list
- 2-3 T. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Put the garlic cloves in a food processor and pulse until minced.
- Add the green chiles and salt.
- With the processor running, drizzle in the olive oil until a nice paste forms.
- Spread on sandwiches, meat cuts, or use in a veggie dip.
