How to make it

  • as usual heat oil in a wok and add in the blended mixture, stir-fry until the water dry and fragrance.
  • add chilly paste and stir. keep stir once a while to make sure the paste doesn't stick.
  • after the chilly cooked well, where we can see its boil on the spatula, pour in the tamarind juice.
  • stir and let it boil before pour in water and let it boil again.
  • add salt and stir and add in the sliced onion together with anchovies.
  • mix them well and let it cook for about 10 min.
  • add sugar, stir and taste add more sugar and salt if not enough.
  • now its ready to serve.. :)
