How to make it

  • 1. Mince onions and garlic. Set aside.
  • 2. In a pan, scramble eggs and fry using olive oil.
  • 3. Chop the scrambled eggs.
  • 4. In a separate pan, heat 4 tablespoons of oil. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • 5. Add dried fish and fry until cooked.
  • 6. Add rice wine and cooked rice; mix together then season with salt and pepper.
  • 7. Add chopped eggs and mix well. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
