Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 cup elbow macaroni shopping list
- 2 TBS butter shopping list
- 3 TBS flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard (opt) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 cups grated American cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Cook macaroni. Drain. Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk gradually. Cook over med. heat, stirring until thickened. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle mustard, salt and pepper over sauce. Blend. Add macaroni and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Mix well. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and crumbs. bake 375 for 25 minutes. (350 for a glass casserole dish).
