Sante Fe Soup

- 1 lb ground beef, cooked, drained shopping list
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed shopping list
- 15-¼ oz can corn, undrained shopping list
- 15-¼ oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 14-½ oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles shopping list
- 14-½ oz canned stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 2 TBS taco seasoning shopping list
- corn or tortilla chips, to serve shopping list
- diced onions, garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Turn crock pot on to high heat.
- Add browned beef to the crock pot along with the rest of ingredients except for the corn chips. Cook on high for 3 hours.
- Serve on top of chips.
