Buttermilk Biscuit Pudding

- 4 leftover biscuits shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Place torn biscuits and 1 cup milk in 1 1/2-quart baking dish; soak until soft. Add sugar and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add butter, vanilla, and remaining milk. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, or until custard is firm and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
