No-bake Candy Cookie Balls

- Serves 5 dozen
These sweet treats are perfect for anytime. They are fit for all occasions once you add a festive coloring of nonpareils (sprinkles).
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate mini-morsels shopping list
- 1 cup flaked coconut (optional) shopping list
- 1 cup chocolate syrup shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 10 (2-ounce) squares vanilla-flavored candy coating shopping list
- Assorted nonpareils (sprinkles) shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; add coconut, if desired. Stir in syrup and vanilla.
- 2. Shape into 1" balls, and chill 1 hour.
- 3. Place candy coating in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until coating melts. Remove from heat.
- 4. Dip each ball into candy coating; place on wax paper; let dry. Sprinkle with assorted nonpareils.
