Baked Fish Fillet

- 4 fillets of fish (your choice) shopping list
- 10 large mushrooms (sliced) shopping list
- 1 small sweet green pepper (sliced) shopping list
- 2 tomatoes (sliced) shopping list
- 1 large potato (slice) shopping list
- 5 epazote leaves shopping list
- 5 dried basil leaves shopping list
- 6 thin slices of onion shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- *Butter (for grease) shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 jalapeno chile shopping list
- 300g gouda cheese shopping list
- * salt & pepper shopping list
- * Foil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 180°C (356°F)
- Grease a glass baking dish with butter. The bottom and sides.
- Place potato slices in the base plate and season with salt and pepper.
- Over the potatoes, place the fillets next to each other, cover with olive oil, a little pepper and dried basil leaves over the fish.
- Put epazote leaves scattered over fish and cover with sliced tomatoes and mushrooms.
- Now, put the sweet green peppers (1 or 2 slices cut in half for each fillet), and 1 or 2 jalapeno slices (again for each fillet) * Do not worry, will not be too spicy, just adds a touch of flavor. ;-)
- Sprinkle garlic powder over the whole plate, now place the thinly slicedonion and grated cheese over entire dish.
- if you prefer, you can place the peppers in the end, over the cheese, just to identify where are placed the fillets. tip of my grandmother.
- Cover the dish with foil and take it to the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F)
