Fish Rolls (Fish Lumpia)

- Cooked fish meat (flaked and drained). About two normal size mackarel scad or any kind of fish meat. shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced. shopping list
- 1 red onion, minced. shopping list
- pinches of salt and pepper. shopping list
- carrots, crushed or minced. shopping list
- a little fish sauce shopping list
- pinches of flour to thicken and for binding shopping list
- 1 egg for binding shopping list
How to make it
- Saute garlic, onion and carrots. drain them when cooked.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. mix them thoroughly.
- Wrap them with Lumpia or spring roll wrappers, about 1 tbsp of mixture or more.
- Touch it with a very little water as a paste on every edge.
- Now, fry it for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Serve it with Spicy vinegar mix.
