Dark Chocolate Sorbet

- 3 cups of water shopping list
- 1&2/3 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 &2/3 cups of cocoa powder sifted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine water, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan on low-medium heat. Cook the mixture until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- 2. Gradually add the cocoa powder by whisking constantly until smooth.
- 3. Add the vanilla and stir to combine.
- 4. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- 5. Turn on your ice cream maker and pour the mix in.
- 6 It will take about 15-20 minutes to reach the desired consistency.
- 7. Enjoy.
