Yamani Rice Croquettes

- 1/2 cup rice Yamani shopping list
- 3 leeks shopping list
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese shopping list
- 4 tablespoons self-rising flour shopping list
- milk amount required shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Wash rice and boil until al dente, drain. Saute finely chopped leeks.
- Mix the rice with the leeks, grated cheese, self-rising flour and beaten egg, add milk if necessary, season to taste.
- Cook in oiled pan or similar essen until brown on both sides.
