How to make it

  • 1. Mix the egs and sugar in bowl. Make sure that sugar is dissolved.
  • 2. Mix in the corned beef. Stir well to break apart the chunks.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • 4. Pour the mixed contents. Flip your mixture every 2-3 minutes. Then fold.
  • 5. Once desired doneness is achieved, cut the omelet into strips.
