How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180oc
  • Brown the pancetta , drain on kitchen towel.
  • Mix together Goats Cheese, Pesto and Pancetta.
  • Using a a icing bag with largest knozzel or a teaspoon and your fingers put mixture into cannelloni tubes and place them in an oven proof dish.
  • Pour oven the pasta sauce and top with mozzarella cheese, cover with foil and bake for 25 mins.
  • Remove foil and cook for a further 10-15mins until cheese has melted.
  • And serve
  • This dish is great served with a green salad and crusty baton.
