Goats Cheese Cannelloni

- 12 Cannelloni Tubes shopping list
- 2 inch log of Goats cheese shopping list
- pancetta shopping list
- 1-2 Tablespoons Green Pesto shopping list
- Passatta shopping list
- mozzarella cheese shopping list
- tomato and basil pasta sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180oc
- Brown the pancetta , drain on kitchen towel.
- Mix together Goats Cheese, Pesto and Pancetta.
- Using a a icing bag with largest knozzel or a teaspoon and your fingers put mixture into cannelloni tubes and place them in an oven proof dish.
- Pour oven the pasta sauce and top with mozzarella cheese, cover with foil and bake for 25 mins.
- Remove foil and cook for a further 10-15mins until cheese has melted.
- And serve
- This dish is great served with a green salad and crusty baton.
