Spaghetti Soup

- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast shopping list
- rosemary shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 4 oz spaghetti shopping list
- 4 c chicken broth shopping list
- 4 c diced tomato shopping list
- 2 c diced celery shopping list
- 2 c mushrooms shopping list
- 1 c diced onions shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken in baking pan. Drizzle with evoo and sprinkle with rosemary and salt and pepper if desired. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- Cook spaghetti; drain.
- In soup pot simmer remaining ingredients. Add cubed chicken and spaghetti. Simmer for 1 hour.
