Mini Hot Lava Cake

This is a recipe in creation. I am putting the first attempt out here, when I try it out next week I will post how it goes. I am going for that microwave mini cake for one person that you can but, that is so expensive, at least to me, so this is a make your own experiment.
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons sugar shopping list
- 2/3 teaspoon cocoa shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- quick dash of sea salt shopping list
- 2/3 teaspoons vegetable oil, or extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
- --------------------------- shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cocoa shopping list
- --------------------------- shopping list
- 3 1/2 tablespoons hot water shopping list
- ---------------------------- shopping list
- whip cream/ ice cream, optional shopping list
How to make it
- In a 4 inch microwaveable bowl, combine the first set of dry ingredients.
- Add the liquid ingredients, mix well until smooth.
- This will seem thick, its just the way it is suppose to be.

- Combine brown sugar and cocoa.
- Sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- -
- Pour the hot water gently over it all, do NOT stir.
- Microwave for approx 3 minutes, keep an eye on it you do not want it to burn.
- Be sure that you have a catch plate under the bowl, we do not want you to have a mess if the fudge overflows.
- Serve warm.
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
