How to make it
- Saute the onions, garlic, celery for 5 minutes.
- Add brother and simmer for ten minutes.
- Add milk and 3/4 of the spinach.
- Simmer until spinach is wilted down.
- Transfer contents to Magic Bullet or Food Processor, add remainder of the fresh spinach, and blend until smooth.
- Transfer from Magic Bullet to the pot and simmer, stirring regularly.
