How to make it

  • Slice Mini Pita's open like a hamburger bun
  • Preheat grill or frying plan.
  • Mix ground beef, onion, egg whites, and rolled oats, and BBQ sauce in a bowl until fully blended and oats are distributed evenly.
  • Divide mixture and shape into 20 patties.
  • Grill for about 4 minutes on each side
  • Top with 1/6 of a slice of low fat cheese slice
  • Place cooked patty on bottom half of pita and serve with hamburger toppings.
